Dealers can return the product to the factory by requesting a RMA number. Please contact us at 888.475.1568 to request a RMA number. RMA numbers must be clearly marked on the returned package. Items sent without a RMA number will be returned back to the sender. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.
