Oxus is an engineering manufacturing and service company specializing in medical devices and gas separation technology located in Auburn Hills, MI. We are seeking a well-spoken, sales-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Sales and Marketing Department.
Good communicator and have excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, Email communications, and Manufacturing (ERP) Software, databases and sales reporting
The main responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is to support customers and the Oxus Sales & Marketing Department, including:
Day-to-day customer communications; including answering phone calls and emails, responding to customer questions and complaints, providing information on our products and services and handling any other customer service inquiries and communications
Receiving, processing, executing and following up on customer Sales Orders, RMAs (Return Material Authorization), Cores, etc.
Managing shipping tasks such as: Scheduling domestic and international shipments, producing required international shipping paperwork, working directly with shipping department, monitoring shipments, and providing tracking information to customers.
Processing credit card transactions and creating Invoices.
Assisting and supporting the Sales and Marketing Department with other tasks such as filing, sales data reporting, and other sales-related activities.
