Associate or Technical Degree (Bachelors preferred). Strong technical aptitude and communication skills along with the ability to understand results of product performance testing. Must have the ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and electrical schematics with good organizational skills to coordinate multiple projects.
Ability to self-manage time, track, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with several simultaneous projects. Ability to communicate effectively and verbally convey technical understanding in English. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Standard computer skills, preference will be given to those candidates possessing programing skills in C++ or other related languages, database communication protocols or strong background in computer programming and communication networks.
